As stated Earlier the Tully
team of project managers is geared to handle
fast track, logistically complex projects.
Working within deadlines mandated by public
and private owners the Tully team has no
equals in on-time completions and with a
substantial percentage of our projects delivered
early, Tully Construction has received early
completion bonuses on 9 out of 10 projects
they applied too. Tully employees are well
grounded in all project management skills,
including estimating, scheduling, cost control,
and field supervision.
Tully Equipment
Tully Construction and
its affiliates maintain a large inventory
of the most up to date construction equipment,
from payloaders to cranes, backhoes to bulldozers.
Because we own and service our equipment,
we can avoid unnecessary delays and downtime
that can jeopardize any schedule. Tully’s
staff of equipment managers employs strict
preventive maintenance schedules to ensure
all equipment is in safe and reliable working
order. Tully continually re-invests in its
fleet of equipment to ensure safety, efficiency
and productivity when in the field.
Tully Safety Program
On-the-Job safety for our
employees is of primary concern to Tully
management. The entire organization is safety-conscious,
from the principals, equipment operator,
and the field workers. Tully personnel are
dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment
and are committed to completing every job
with zero accidents. The key is the Tully
team of highly-trained safety experts with
backgrounds in civil engineering, industrial
hygiene and enforcement. They begin identifying
potential site hazards or problems as soon
as a project is awarded. This along with
strict enforcement of the written safety
program and quarterly meetings to update
supervisors on the latest OSHA requirements
and programs, has allowed Tully to lower
its works compensation experience modification
in each of the last 3 years.

Tully has evolved into
a full service construction company –
one that is unmatched in its skill, expertise
and diversity. Tully team can develop performance
oriented scheduling and detailed phasing
to ensure that all its projects are organized
properly and flow smoothly. Tully’s
engineers routinely examine designs and
plans for constructability and suggest alternate
systems know as valve engineering that may
reduce the schedule and/or the budget without
compromising quality and save both client
and Tully time and money.
Tully’s up to the minute estimating
department uses a computerized data bank
of current material, equipment and labor
cost and the latest in estimating software
to estimate all types of projects quickly
and efficiently. |
